Duplicate copies and publishing job ads

    Many web sites publish job ads for other major recruitment web sites.
    Will Google only ignore these ads or will HE go further and hurt these web sites' rating and SERP ?

    if the ads are publish with using a javascript code, it will be ignore by search engines

    It depends on how the ads are published...like trichnosis said if it is javascript it won't hurt...

    It all depends on the site and how they are publishing this information

    I am thinking of publishing the same ads but changing the formatting style completely and altering few words

    Agree if you are not exporting any html code in the end place then the search engine wont read it after all and will be ignored.
