So my ex told me that they never fell out of love with me. We were together for about 3 years. Maybe I feel the same, not sure. Anyway, I know it could never work because of the distance. I'm always on the move. So, can long distance work? It worked for a while but eventually it got to both of us and we decided to part amicably. Oh and when I heard this, I said, "Well, that's always good to hear." They told me they're going to go because they feel stupid. I said, "Alright. Something to think about. Thanks." I was honestly at a loss for words.
This is my thread here: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=140107 My first post: "My gf is going to uni on the other side of the country Should i worry?" My last post: "Just been dumped cos she could not handle it So i Guess i should vote for no..." She was right and all. It just took me longer to realise its not working.
That sucks. Cambridge, eh? Ontario? Yuck! I hate that place. Ok, back on subject...Thanks for all the replies. It probably will work for us. I don't think I'll go for it though.
that depeends on the people involved like it was said. But long term relationship @long distance...well lets say more than a year it´s a bit complicated.
presence is very important. but i guess, it will work if the couple have strong love, strong faith, and trust!
My personal experience with long distance relationship is that it dosen't work. You are too far from each other, too many temptations and many things can happen while you're apart from each other.
