I just looked at my PP account and there's a completed transaction that I never knew about. I'm the only one with access to the account so it probably got hacked or something. This is what I wrote to PayPal: Is it good enough? How else can I get my money back?
Have you got internet insurance/protection with your bank? If the worst comes to worse you can deal with your ban instead and see if they can recover your money. It may take around 2 months though. When it comes to paypal i don't know myself.

I would ring them instead but when it comes to the letter i have no idea because i have never written to paypal before. Looks good to me though.
I've never written to them either. I never had this problem and never thought it'd come up. I'll call them if they don't favour me though.
