    I agree themes.wordpress.net is the best website. They have over 1,000+ free wordpress themes. Some of them are pretty good. high quality!

    performancing.com has few themes...but quality one....i like the terafirma theme...

    themes.wordpress.net is the best place where u have to spend max time to find a good theme...b'coz all free ones stored there...
