    It´s a legit site! They sell their visa which is the same as accentcardvisa. It´s issued by legit US bank (Tomatobank) so you can go for them.

    Their fees are not very high as compared to some other debit card companies but what made me think bad about them is their loading time frame.

    That's a lot of time and this is not good IMO.

    This site is Payment processor / exchanger .. they sell cards and bank US bank accounts attatched with VISA Debit for internet use Provided by Tomato Bank & Accent Card for Non U.S Residents .. check with th site http://www.dollarat.com u`ll find details about the card itself and about EternityPay
