I am also in the same bot. Paid $250 to his paypal account and has not recieved anything from him. I have also informed paypal. I hope paypal would take some action as there are many members who have reported against him.
My paypal claim still says "Awaiting other party's response" I don't know what we can do to get our money back. Just noticed this thread. A Paypal tip for all buyers: 1. Never leave money in Paypal account. 2. When you pay via Paypal always use a visa/mastercard to actually pay with. 3. Not you bank account and not a debit card! 4. Go thru the Paypal claim process. 5. You will loose. Paypal does nothing for you. 6. Now call your visa card number on the back of your card and issue a claim. 7. Tell them it's fraud and you will win right away. 8. Visa debits the dollar amount from Paypal and credits your visa account. 9. Your claim will go against paypal. 10. Paypal is okay with this. (I got this from a rep from paypal) 11. Paypal will inturn debit the sellers account. 12. You and Paypal are both happy!!! I've done this 3 times already with no problem.
He teach us everything about Internet Scam and Reputation Is Nothing! I'm sure I can "Make $125 Per Month" follow his "scam" steps!!! Ok, thanks johnhold, I will claim to credit card center and also call FBI soon.
I think FBI will catch him if he really scammed $7500 from us. It is easy to trace his IP and home location, from DP's record, Gmail's record, ISP's record... Shame on him!

I spent $500 on this and have made a very small amount so far. Bump. Someone (we) seriously need to take action.
I urge anyone else who is thinking of filing a claim against this seller to contact me first via PM. I have already filed and escalated the claim. If anyone else wants to get together and recover our funds as well as taking this guy down, contact me also.
