Which is worse the inconsiderates who refuse to control their tribe while out in public, or the ones who need to babble on their phones so loud you can't hear yourself think.

This is one of the burning questions of our time

 

The worst is people who smell and don't do something about it. There are plenty in New York...

 

But unless it's severe you can keep your distance and be OK. Even if someone were running around naked you could more easily avoid distraction, than when people need to talk at the top of their voices.

 

Children run wild, parents don't care is the worst. If their kids grew up to be criminals then we will know who is to blame.

 

Children running wild and the parents don't care. I'm a strong believer that you need firm guidance in your formative years to keep you on the straight and narrow in later life. Yesterday I saw a little kid (maybe 3 or 4 years old) walking along with her chav mother and just dropping litter in the middle of the pavement.

It's little things like that that really boil my piss.
