    That's not allowed, right?

    Also, this:

Both sites are breaking the rules, right? Or am I wrong?

The first one is, by encouraging people to "visit their sponsers"

They both break the TOS, as both are inducing visitors to click on the ads/sponsors.

Yeah, but the correct thing to do would be to report them to Google AdSense, not post about it here.

^^ Thats if the puppy story is true. Get people to donate you know, if your puppy is sick. You'll make more than a click on adsense.

Both are in violation, but at least the first one isn't trying to be coy about it. Does the person who made the second site really think he can fool his visitors into having a fun time clicking on his ads? Oh yippie, sponsored ads, I love those!

Well, the second also encourages visitors to click on the ads. It's breaking TOS even if it doesn't say "click the ads".

You are correct, both are encouraging their visitors to click ads, therefore both are breaking the TOS.

:) not sure really. At least I've seen some sites (eg. PTCs) that have "Clicking on non paid ads won't increase your earnings" in their TOS.

Not legal. Might take longer from them to detect it, but they'll probably get noticed.
