Are Gay Republicans in closet, in the forefront with anti-gay measures?

    I think it just goes to show how close we are to allowing same-sex marriage; even some of the politicians that claim to be against it are actually gay...

    I already posted this... it's the hypocrisy that bugs me...

    Not that I am trying to defend the guy, but he claimed that he is not gay...is it now a matter or public OPINION or his opinion over his sexual preferences? Also, how does this make us closer to same-sex unions?

    He did use hand signals to do something "disorderly" to an undercover male police officer... Then pleaded guilty... Then after the story started getting attention, he made statements regretting that he pled guilty...

    Is he gay? We may never know.

    I think the US is noticing that the same-sex marriage issue isn't a GOP/DEM issue, it's a civil rights issue... With these republicans getting caught doing "disorderly things" in a mens room, or offering $20 for a blowjob to an undercover male officer, I believe the republican party won't be able to distance themselves from homosexuality forever...
