    The service is not a month old yet, so can't give a correct estimate, But repetitive submission like once in 3 months are very effective to create backlinks because it increases the chances of getting backlinks as the possibility of the url on the particular link page when google indexes increases.

    I ordered this service a few days ago (nearly a week)...
    The report given is decent and comprehensive, it submits to lots of free link directories mostly.
    Anyway, submission was pretty quick and I've recieved quite a few confirmation emails.
    Haven't seen any increase in backlinks yet, but it is a bit soon I guess, I will keep an eye on it and report back findings on this.
