Hi. am having a problem which alot of users have complained about. On my sites forums at http://forums.devnerds.com when a user has already visited the page before, it auto reloads it from cache therefor not loading any new content such as new posts. This is a big problema dn wondering if anyone knows how to stop the site from just reloading the cached version of the page insted of loading page again

First go to General Configuration and enable "Print HTTP Headers". Then go to CPU Saving & Optimization and say yes to "Print HTTP no-cache headers". That should do the trick.
