Okay folks! It is official! IBold, aka Patrick Davidse, who has been running this proxy school is in hiding and avoiding all contact. He logged in today but refuses to answer emails or IM's or give refunds. He challenged my dispute filed with Paypal. I advise all people who have signed up for this second class to file complaints with Paypal so we can shut him down and stop him from ripping off anyone else. He claims he has "internet problems" whenever he disappears for awhile. I am investigating now how to report him to the local authorities here in San Diego, the FBI for internet fraud, and also the US Army for his conduct. This is a shame as he had a good reputation here for awhile. He will never profit from being a scammer as sooner or later it will catch up with you! Seems like many people from his first class will be stuck too! Here is his response to my Paypal claim: From PayPal: PayPal on 8/19/2007 16:39 PDT Seller escalated this dispute to a Claim. is this the offical year of scammers? not even the highest of ranked members can be trusted. scum like this could really make people rethink internet business transactions
Yes, it a shame. He had a good reputation and now he has ruined it. He doesn't understand that you cannot prosper by being not keeping your word. I urge anyone out there that hasn't gotten what he promised to fiel a complaint with Paypal now! Sooner then better as they will freeze his funds and give money back (hopefully) to the people in order of when they made a claim. Patrick, I know your reading these posts. You still have a chance to redeem your name. Refund our money and keep your word on the first class for those who won't make the $250.00 you promised them. Be a person of integrity. I'm not sure how long to wait this one out, if iBold did have internet problems, then why does it say that he has logged in today? Furthermore, the PM's I've sent him have been marked as read, so I know he has read them and didn't respond...
I had got the email of first class today. It is something about proxy promotion, did you guys get it too? But I'm still waiting for my site up and run..
Yes, what he is trying to do is show Paypal that he is actually delivering stuff to us. By sending his email and maybe sticking up some crappy proxy site, he thinks he can stall off everyone for another 2 months. He may have already left town for all I know. His phone is disconnected and his site is down. I am not falling for it. BEWARE! Let's see him make good on his promises then he will be beleived. If he strings us along another 2 months with little income you think he will pay everyone who doesn't make $250.00?? Chances are slim at best. Just ask the first class people. He has internet access for sure. He replied to Paypal trying to say he is fulfilling his deal but he won't respond to me.
I would like a refund. As I am generous, feel free to keep any amount up to $50 - whatever you think is fair given the work you have done - and refund the rest of the money, as I need it urgently due to personal reasons, and it seems pretty evident its not going to come in my adsense cheque as promised. I would like to settle this quickly, and like gentlemen, not cat fight paypal dispute he said she said bullshit. Thanks, Matt

just opened my dispute, we'll see what happens, the worst part is I was doing soooo good then my adsense just fell to only getting like 2 impressions on my site, both from me im sure
Paypal are a bunch of f***wits Someone did a chargeback on me, and because the item was digital they got their money back, even though it was still there (sig link)

Well i am postive now. iBold made himself a new DP account because no one will ever do business with him again here.
just Assuming.. His rep is now ruined so if he wants to stay on DP and refuse everyone there refund.. then He will make a new account start fresh and rebuild a rep here.
well it is a pity this kind of things happen, reputation does not mean just i trader and green blocks, reputation is much more.... Anyway, sorry for you mates, i hope you can get your money back through paypal.
He was on IM again and not replying to messages. PayPal isn't going to help so it seems he got away with stealing my $250.
