there are two types of seo ,,
normal seo the other is Blackhat Seo

    normal seo
It is like the normal world we live in(we have to strive hard to get targeted traffic)
    Blackhat Seo
it is like the underworld ruled by dons ,they create more money in less time(here i meant traffic)

    Friends,
I know we Indians are brave Enough. And outsourcing makes our economy rich. Here the people are only talking about some scammer who just scam money from them.

So we should provide them better quality works.

    Cheers!

It is quite true that a number of Indians are not aware of SEO. In fact, a number of SEO services provided by such individuals is (pardon the harshness of my expression) quite useless. I, personally, have been providing SEO services for quite some time. Having proofread a number of so-called 'SEO' projects provided by a number of people, that has been my general inference.

There are companies in India who offer SEO services, problem I have seen with some of the work is the fact they do not speak good English and it shows when reading the content. Not being able to speak/write the language you are optimizing for will hurt the SEO campaign from the start.

I am also having some problem in communication with others outside. But I try my maximum to make everything correct.

And I don't usually write articles or others by myself for SEO.

There are virtually no excellent Indian SEOs, as the industry is too young there. Countries like US, UK, Aus etc who have been actively doing optimization work since the 90s have the vast upper hand.

No offence to anyone from India, but alot of these people are giving the SEO profession a very bad name. Every day i see people who a month ago write questions like "what is anchor text" then in a span of 4 weeks are doing "Professional SEO Services". Its quite disturbing to think clients are putting their money and sites in the hands of these people.

Although i know a number of Indians who excel at things such as directory submission services etc. They dont claim to be a SEO but just provide a service in the form of hard work, and i fully respect and support these people.

Its the clueless fake "SEOs" i hate regardless of where they are from, it makes it hard for the true SEO.

Hi, The Value or Subject of SEO is still little known about in most countries.

The Internet or Search Marketing industry as a whole needs promotion, so I believe the growth factor over the next few years will be very good. (hopefully :) )

Some of the things u say are correct.SEO is new to India. And most of the people here are not aware of it.So usually people from US,UK,AUS etc outsource the part of SEO (Directory Submission,Article Submission etc) to India.

Yeah ur right.Everything comes too late in India including SEO.Now I am targeting clients from outside but in future I hope will get more from India itself.

But the thing is that Indian clients are having only very low budget ?

Most of the Indian people prefer offline buisness. They hardly know anything about business on internet.

A huge defect that I have noticed among my contemporaries is that most of them tend to stuff their work with keywords. That is definitely a no-go. I have had to edit entire articles just for that.
