Video Game Screen Shots with Guns & AdSense

I recently purchased a web site which offers free desktop wallpapers for a number of video game titles. Many of the wallpapers contained sexual content and I am in the process of going through and removing anything Google might find questionable before I place AdSense on the site. During that process the idea occurred to me that Google might not be ok with the fact some images contain guns.

All I could find in the Google AdSense Program Policies was:

Sites displaying Google ads may not include:
Sales or promotion of weapons or ammunition (e.g., firearms, fighting knives, stun guns)

    Anyone have experience with this?

Here is an example of the kind of image I am talking about:

    http://gamebgs.com/files/images/03_1024_2.jpeg

    Thanks,
    Steven

I'm pretty sure its allowed by Google. Have you tried contacting Adsense support to double check?

If it is for video games, how does that interfere with the rule about selling the weapons? i think that would be fine

Showing a women isnt sexual content, and playing a virtual game with guns doesn't sell weapons.

Should be find to use google ads for you ^^

Yes, I think it will be okay. Providing the game isn't like "screw as many nekkid ladies within a time limit", you'll be fine.

Sure there's adverts for GTA 4 on Adsense if you do a google search...

I doubt it would be randomly on the web unless you were actually searching for it, usually that sort of stuff is...underground xD

I just wanted to post an update and let anyone who had a similar question know that I contacted the AdSense team and they said that these images were fine.
