well i think kids who are below 8-9 would least bother porn and stuffs...it actually depends on the environment they grew up if thats clean..!

Just a guess, but I would hazard you're young. Just a statement, I left home at 15, over 30 years ago, lived on the side of freeways, been in the good care of freaks, escaped with my life, and seen the ruin of children from parents who didn't give enough of a damn to parent them.

My last word on this. Your philosophy is a base one, and one prime reason we've got a nation of kids in deep peril.

Kids are naturally curious. They might do something they might regret.

Most kids will do what they want when parents aren't around anyway especially when under peer pressure, and will also learn from their peers.
You can only guide them in the right direction.

Porn is a cancer on society.

I know that's not a popular opinion on a forum of 94.37% males who are 15-25 and BTW horny, but to say there is nothing wrong with it (especially as it pertains to kids) is being rather naive IMO.

Sex education doesn't mean teach your kids about it by showing porn. Children will be confused and consider doing it normal. 13-16 is curious (it's normal for teenagers) but still that doesn't meant porn is an answer. They have to learn it with help from parent (though I must say, it wasn't easy for parent to explain due to embarrassment and all). I think by watching porn will make them more curious, they may want to experience it for themselves after that. They may do it before they were really ready and understand the consequences.

It's also naive to think 16 yr olds aren't looking up porn on the net. What is REALLY wrong with it? Is it not just exploring sexuality at the end of the day?

Raised properly, a kid is guided to make the right choices. Beyond that, it is a far cry from saying, "sure, Johnny, and here's a bunch of CD's to boot!"

You never answered my earlier question. Why stop there? Why not indulge every "curiosity" of your child, to include S&M, prostitution, drugs, whatever? Utter load of crap.

And no, porn isn't about exploring sexuality. There is nothing "exploratory" about it. It is the absolute denial of true eroticism. BS fantasies based on the most facile of prurient addictions.

It would be hypocritical of me to say my kids couldn't do drugs. I abused them but have come out the other end OK and learnt from that. Give your kids the correct information for sure, but let them do what they want with it, they will grow and become wiser as well. Just saying No is being unrealistic in this day and age, and straight out dangerous. In your own perfect world perhaps, but this isn't a perfect world.

So you know hundreds of sex positions because of your own creativity?

Only girl children should watch porn. That way they will take it in the butt a lot when they grow up.

Uh, yeah, my view is dangerous, gotcha. I did drugs as well, from all across the spectrum; ended up in a padded cell, and nearly died from them. Many of those I know and cared for did die from them.

You see, there's this thing called "learning." Then, when you learn something, there's this thing called "teaching." Hopefully, so those you teach won't experience this thing called "an early death" or spend their life in a state of "brain fried."

So while you keep posting about the "real world," I'm sorry, but to me you are talking like a snot-nosed kid who who has zero knowledge of the "real world" you are actually posing. Let me put it in a more basic lingua franca: You see, I don't think it's our job as parents to ensure our children know the taste of dog shit in order to teach them not to eat it.

To your last point, (1) Hundreds? Good god, no. (2) Who gives a damn? Now, if you want to make sex the equivalent of a nightclub variety act, with the scaling given a competitive sport ("oooooh...he's going to attempt the 13th Suderain of Moravia's half-haunched position, from a toe-tipped double Loop of Henle flit-off....Degree of Difficulty, 3.7!"), knock yourself out. If you hope to find salvation in the positions you learn to perform like a trained seal, brother, I'm afraid you have a world of disappointment ahead. You might as well want to learn how to say "do it, baby" in 4 different vocal ranges as well, as you'll be just as effective.:D

Ah well, at least I didn't get as fucked up as you. All you are trying to do is belittle me so I will end the conversation here.

Leave sex for sex education. You dont want your boy to be wanking every night. Its sinful, pityful and pretty retarded.

That's fine; we have no common ground on this, I'm afraid, so it's just as well. I'm sorry you feel that way, but it was your thoughts I responded to. My intent is not to belittle you because, to be honest, I don't know you from Adam and don't have anything invested in you personally. But when you post what I feel to be a load of crap, I will say so, and back it up. You know, although I am a parent, and experienced all that I have experienced, nevertheless, thoughts from my "dangerous" "world of fantasy," etc., not having learned "hundreds of sex positions" from "Enchained Boredom 25: More Ways to Screw Without an Ounce of Eros."
