    I'm assuming it all from Pay Per Click advertising. What is you ROI? Which product niches / products are you advertising?
    It also seems that you have a high return rate.:( Overall, I have 6.2% in returns.

    Allowances is a percentage of money that was taken out to cover refunds for a 6 week period, just incase someone waited a month to return a product, you would still have the funds to cover it.

    Debits are the current returns.
