how can I rise up my click price

    There's not much you can do about it, as different niches have different CPCs. Try filtering out some of the MFA and low-paying ads.

    One way is to put less ads. If you have 3 ad units then you should try to put 2 or even 1. According to this experiment and many other Less is more!
    Try it out and tell us if you notice any difference. You should not expect to get to get $10/clicks but it should rise at $0.06 - $0.10 / click instead at $0.04

    Another way is to try to use different keywords in your articles

    use adsense preview tool and block MFA sites. You'll see that your earning is increasing.

    Well it helped me: I was getting 0.07/click (on average) and now I am getting $0.11 / click. On the first week (after the change) I was getting $0.09 and 2 weeks later I started getting $0.10
