When will Adsense/Adwords finally block directories?

This is getting completely out of hand. Every day when I babysit my Adsense account, I have to wind up manually adding URLs of so many directory sites, whose ads show up on my site. Every single one of them uses the same tactic - they script their ads to pull a relevant keyword from your site (for instance, "All the best *insert your site's target keyword here*"). When you visit the site, it's a poorly done directory with no links, most of the time, it doesn't even LOAD. All of them pay a penny per click, sometimes $0 per click. How much longer is this going to keep happening? Is there really no other way to ban directories beyond having to manually add each new one to the block list?

Yes CPM ads, but if PSA's were showing maybe its a content issue with the origional owners site?

use the block list. thats the solution for now unfortunatly.

I'm singling out directories here. I've lost hope with MFA sites, those will probably never be moderated. It's directories that are generating worthless penny clicks, and it's frustrating.
