When can I reapply for AdSense? Error while trying to register

When I try to register with AdSense I keep getting error "This email is already used by another user". It drives me crazy. I know other people have this problem too but none of their solutions work for me so I began to think Google is ignoring me because I got rejected a month ago and I have to wait for some time before reapplying.

But if that is true, why does the system let me even get to the registration form? Do I have to wait some time befor I can apply again? Or do you know how to solve the problem above. I've tied with Firefox and IE and nothing works.

It is a critical situation and usually when an account is barred, all data related to the account (including name, mailing address, domains, contact information, tax information, IP address) are stored into their “black list” and if you try to reapply using any of these data, your application will be rejected.

What was their reason for rejecting you before?

No reason. I just got an email saying I have been rejected. I know data is being stored but does that mean I won't be able to apply for Adsene again?

Just change the data and you should be fine. Change the site you apply with as well.

You mean I should change my contact info? I can't do that. I also have only one website at the moment so should I make another one and appy for Adsense with that one?

EDIT: Abhik: I didn't get banned, I got rejected. I'll try with another site. Thank you guys for helping.

Did you get banned or just rejected?
If you get rejected, try with another e-mail ID and site.

To (almost) guarantee acceptance, try using a different computer/IP, email and site.
If you have another address, even better.

If I develop a site and go to my friend's computer and register there the new site with a new email, will it be alright to login to adsense from my own PC? Do the look up IP addresses?

I really don't know why wouldn't Google allow me to register again. I wasn't banned or something.

They don't look it up but it is recorded and you risk being banned in the future.
But you were rejected so whatever site you signed up with before is no good.

What reason did they give for rejecting you? Why not fix your site to make it compliant and then email them to take another look? Trying to skirt around it by other means might see you barred entirely.
