Logo Design Contest, Amount $40

This is my government registered company site. And the site on top priority as it will reflect my corporate. This is a software company. Make sure.. it is NOT completely website design company.

I need a mature and professional logo. Logo should have name of company. I am not much sure with colors. Please see which color will be better for software company logo.

Quality and 3-D effect looks better to me.

I need to have this logo on my letter head, visiting cards, calenders, letter envelops, diaries, office boards etc. So please keep this as well in your mind.

Please don't go as per current logo. Let me know if you need more info from me.

I cannot differential the two above except the rectangular box on first one.

Also, black color in brand able logo don't impress much. Please see if you can get logo which I can make it brand. Logo is forever thing.

I liked the mirror effect. Its okay, can you please try with some more colors.

I said... It is back color which I don't like. You change the blue one .. keeping black color as it is.

Am I wrong with my thinking that black colors are not good for brand able logo??

Nice one for normal sites. I am NOT looking for such a fancy logo.

Simple, mature and quality logo is the key. some shining, mirror or 3D effect will also work.

Also, Please keep me giving suggestions from designer point of view.

I am neither a designer nor visualizer.

@shibligd, Not sure if such logo suits software company. Though simple, but it is rough & tough looking logo. I guess.. it should be soft looking.

@bangalore, nice attempt. But very far from what I am looking for. This is something like indian primary school logo. Something which is related to education etc. Or I don't understand the significance of such design.

Please let more designs comes in.

I request @dodem to think a bit more on the last logo you gave in blue shade.
