Please Give Me some suggestions on what else I may add please:rolleyes:
This is my personal checklist for a website that I am building and establishing for good SEO.

    • If possible, buy a domain that has high searched keywords with low competition.
    • Write fresh unique content
    • Put good keywords in H1 title tags & 3%-7% of every article i post on my blog/website
    • Meta-tags - - even though those are becoming obsolete.
    • Have a strong internal link structure within the website, use keyword anchor texts to link to other webpages within my site.
    • Use robot.txt when necessary
    • Start Building tons of links to your homepage & most important pages of your website [article marketing, forum posting, directories, blogs etc.] - - use keyword anchor texts

Any other suggestions? please feel free to add stuff.

Buy a domain name for 5 years or more. If you buy one for 1 year google does not rank it well.

domain age matters a lot in SERP. But when buying an old domain just make sure that the domain isn't banned!

I'd like to add on the list-

    Sitemaps ....

I'd like to know too. I used to register mine for 1 year, and my SERPs results were up and down like a yo-yo. Since I regraded to a 2 year registration my rankings have been more stable for sure...but would a 5 year registration make a huge difference?
