WTB: sites making $300/month or less.

I'm looking to buy 1 or 2 sites making $300/month or less.
I'm willing to pay up to 3 times the monthly revenue.
So post the revenue for the last 3 month, not the last month by 3 or Feb 2006 3 times. I want to see June, July and August 2007.
I'll add june, july and august and pay that money.
No high bandwidth maintenance site please (proxy, pictures hosting, etc..)
I also need to see a relation with the site's revenue screenshot and the site itself. No screenshot with no name on it...

You are being unrealistic. Unless it is a proxy/high maintenance site, you will need to pay a lot more than 3 x months revenue.

 

I disagree. I sell 3 months revenue sites myself. More than that, it's only blah blah blah unfortunately.

And even, at 3 month revenue, I don't sell everytime.

www.***tv***.com - about $2,200/month - highest bid at $6,000, never paid.

Bought a directory for $200 - making $75-$85/month.

indeed, i bought and sold many sites and 3 months revenue make no sense.

 

Interesting. I put the site on several sites. In one of them, I was reducing the BIN by $20 every day. In the beginning, I was asking $550. At the end, the last price was $320 or 1.5 time monthly revenue. Nobody wanted it.
Now, everybody wants it. It is making now about $320-$340/month. And I'll keep it for a while. I'm on my way to get $500/month with it...Once I get that, I'll put it for sale for about $1000-$1500...I'll see... More than that, nobody will buy...

For "normal" websites I think the going rate is 10-12 times monthly profit.

And if you have a quality site the price can be anything from 2 years to unlimited. So your statement is definitely not correct.

For example, Nine billions trillions times the monthly revenue multiply by forty-five trillions times...if it's a quality site...??
