i'm from pakistan and paypal isn't allowed here. i have been here now for quiet long and not much but some how people have startede knowing me here. i can't create a paypal and i'm having a lot of problem just because of this fact. so if someone else can share his pp with me that would be great and when pp is accessed by both persons then it should not become limited. i hope someone can share with me. thanks:)

    Mate,

If you access a PP account from a country which is not listed on PP then it will come under surveillance. Any activity on your account will be closely watched and your likely to get axed by Paypal if found doing it on repeated occasions. What you can best do is ask a friend of yours in another country to open a PP. And you ask for the email account password where you can check once you receive funds. This will save two of you.

However, i doubt anyone would like to take such a big risk with there Paypal account specially when its termed ill-legal according to Paypal TOS.

This is not right. Where did you hear this?

A PayPal account gets limited when you access it from a country that is not listed in PayPal, unless you call PayPal and tell them that you often/some times visit that country.

I don't think this is really a good idea. Why don't you just ask some of your relatives/friends abroad to do this for you as trusting someone online specially for an account like PayPal could be deadly.

Calm down he is just asking ~~~ Relax matey

were have you been threatend rudely in one of the posts? you are a newbie too like the other guy and me too. he only wanted to help.

about your problem: i also doubt there will be anyone who will share his personal acc. with you as he/she would be responsible alone for the acc which means he could recieve chargebacks after some time for example from a transaction made for you and his balance could be negative for example.

about the access: from my experience i have to say it depends from case to case. sometimes they block and sometimes they don´t but after continued use from ip from not supported country they will limit your acc for sure and you will never be able to get the money out of it.

    kind regards

Well, just quoting from Paypal Terms
    http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=xpt/UserAgreement/ua/USUA-outside#restricted-policy

It did not say that you can access through two IPs, it say it cannot be access from a non-permitted country.

Besides, if the other party sharing the account with you is from the US and you are in Pakistan and both of you access the account 1 hour apart, it will look suspicious because in today's mode of transport, it takes more than 1 hour to fly from Pakistan to the US.

Sharing such account this way would indeed put the account holder into trouble. Besides if there is any disputes in your transaction, the account holder would have to be responsible for. He will indeed have to bare all responsibility and accept all risks. It is a very lopsided and dangerous situation to be in for him. Of course for you, it is relatively risk free.

I think it is best to wait until Paypal accepts your country and before that happens, just find a payment method which allows you to join without conditions.
