I usually use iTunes, but sometimes they only have clean versions of songs and I want the real version. I've tried Yahoo Music and the sound quality isn't that good. Any recommendations?
I use eMusic. They're really cheap, quality is really good, but if you're into more of the mainstream stuff I'm not sure they'll fit your needs.
Are Monster Magnet, Mudvayne, and Nonpoint mainstream? I'm actually trying to get a copy of Powertrip right now. Isn't eMusic a subscription based thing. I'm looking for something where I can just pay per download. Mike
Not into reading the first post, huh iTunes is my first choice, but when I'm looking for something they don't have, where would you go. BTW, there's a bad in your area called Goodnight Nurse that does a great remake of Milkshake by Kellis 8)
if I have heard of them then yes, they are mainstream (long story there) anyway, good stuff. not sure on a pay per DL site sorry. so do you know that the tracks are radio edit version prior to DL'ing them? that would preclude a lot of songs I would think!
Actually in iTunes, it will label the album/song as explicit if it is. Most of this music is. I download these tracks from Yahoo Music. Quality is good. They are downloaded as WMA, so I had to convert them to MP3 for my iPod. I just did that in WMP. It wasn't quit as easy as it sounds. YMP kept wanting to revert me to the 30 second clip since I refused to signup for the Yahoo Unlimited. I think next time, I'm going to try PureTracks.com Mike
The best for me is itunes. They may not have all the selections out there but they are one of the biggest.
If iTunes doesn't have it's torrenting time My favorite legal download service is Ruckus. It's free for anybody with an .edu email address.
