Found the whole tattoo thing a little creepy myself...

I mean the logos weren't enough? You had to cross the gay threshold by putting pictures of the dudes on your arm as well?

I think it shows that he is comfortable with his manhood enough to show off the websites who have helped him the most without caring who thinks it's gay.

    Thanks Mary,

I agree - There is nothing wrong with putting your favorite things as tatttos,

I mean people do it all day long with baseball team logos, etc etc

Plus Digitalpoint and shoe Rock, :)

Wow in one day your visitors touched the roof. Digg really helps in bringing some awesome amount of traffic eh. I hope that you will be able to retain the maximum amount of the visitors that you got from Digg.

No Mary and Sunday, you got me all wrong there.

I'm not saying there's anything wrong with tattooing the logos of something you love. Heck I have a Yankees tattoo on my left arm. But you don't see me wearing Derek Jeter on there!

My point is the logos would have been enough. All attempts at making it seem it shows one is comfortable with his own manhood aside (which is the often overused response when someone does something gay and gets called on it...) Putting Jeremy and Shawn on there crosses the gay line... Or at a minimum is just plain creepy.

Not hating on you dude, just saying... I mean you're obviously happy and comfortable with your decision so more power to you.

haha - "crosses the gay line"

    Who makes this gay line?

Dude - they are cartoon images,

NOW if I was to do pictures like people to with there kids, that might have been weird.........cause it was more detail and crap, but like I said its just cartoons...

AND BTW , whats with all the "gay" statements

    Are you homophobic?

I swear I'm not trying to be rude or attack, just give my assessment of it.

First of all if this was something you did at least partially for exposure for your site, I'm impressed you went so far and it worked for you. However, from looking at the setup of your site and the type of people you're attracting from this I think you're going to have a rough time riding the wave you created into anything long term.

Honestly, it appears to me many of the people that are going, are going with the attitude of "just stopping by to see the freak" only to be forgotten shortly. Also while many of the links may stay to help your site, the links are probably going to be tattoo related and buried on page 20 of random blogs right?

Looking at Alexa today it looks like your site is dropping as fast and as far as it went up the other day. I just hope the traffic lasts as long as it takes you to heal.

I would advise to work on your writing. I'm no pro by any means but to try and take an entry from your site to big time promo while mixing up the words "there" with "their" only backs up the people calling you an idiot in the comments on your site.

With all that said, if this wasn't for promotion and you just did it out of love for these websites, more power to you. I can really admire a person that respects what other people thinks, but doesn't let that sway their choices at all. I'm sure either way, the websites love the free advertising.

This is a perfect time to do a friend check. I'm guessing the majority of real life true friends would ask you to reconsider doing this before it happened.

It's the DP forums, rather than say "wow, look at the pretty graph" I prefer to analyze it and it's chances of retaining any value with SEO and long term revenue. With the extreme it is still dropping it is looking like 30 seconds of fame right now correct me if I'm wrong. I do realize many 30 seconds of fame may lead to a final pay off of one that sticks, but to go to the extreme of marking your body for life for one of those is interesting to say the least. This is why I asked if it was out of just pure love of the sites and no thought of trying to link bait with it.

If I'm out of line I apologize and will just go with "super cool spike on Alexa dude! and nice tats!"

Be sure and save your Alexa screenshots to show your grandkids when explaining the tats or they might not believe you and stick you in a nursing home ;) ... but then again, they might ask you "what the hell is Alexa?"

I'd agree with Cody, but that's not topically correct is it?

I'm getting redirected to http://www.swimmingpoolknowledge.com/] from the link pointing to http://www.sundayskool.com/ and honestly I get offended by most places that re-direct.

Also, it seems that from the initial post I should be impressed with the Alexa rank? The rank for the pool site is 1,028,030 so *shrug*

So I think that something is likely broken, as this does not seem all that like sundaybrew...
