    It depends on a lot of things who you want to go with. Incent affiliates? Non incent? How much are you willing to offer per lead?

    I find it quite funny that you are promoting yourself as an expert at gaining page rank when your site doesn't even have PR1 =).

    But anyway, I assume it's a reasonably new site, and the the PR hasn't yet been been updated by Google to reflect your own success of using your own methods =).
