You have to wait for Google to update the PR this update. It is long overdue and should be happening any time. Keep building links and getting relevant ones and adding new content regularly and you should see some change.

Pagerank prediction showed pagerank 5 to one of my sites and I have still a 0. I think this pagerank tool doesn't work.

Five-0, you really should stop obsessing about toolbar PR and start worrying about your marketing. Your site's Alexa traffic rank is very low. Focus on getting visitors and sales, not PR.

Tip: If you wanna know how your competitors are getting high rankings, check out either Backlink Watch or SEO SpyGlass.

Now that you are suggesting that he should give up fighting for google PR rankings (I would second that) why would you then mention Alexa which is to me an even bigger time waster

From what I see in your source code... you may have an infinite loop trapping the search spiders..

As such they will leave and not index your pages, thereby destroying any chance of attaining a PR score.

    Peace!

I could probably tell you a ton of things you never heard before.

Basically an infinite loop is created by a sequence of instructions in a computer program which loops endlessly, either due to the loop having no termination condition or having one that can never be met.

Now if you go look at the source code and the improper construction of the head tags you can see where the robot is likely choking.

Another issue you are having is your robots.txt file is 404 to the index page so the robots are leaving immediately.

Yes, Google seems to be taking their time. Unless you're selling links or posts, I wouldn't worry about it.

    Why would he not worry???

He has a problem with the site being indexed properly.

He should worry if he wants organic traffic.

One of the very first steps when optimizing a website is to ensure spiders can / are indexing the site pages.

    Peace!

Right at this moment, PR should be out of your brain cells. Nobody knows when Google will do an update. Rather spending the effort on marketing would get you PR automatically when Google goes for it.
