I'll Pay You $10 Per Attention-Grabbing Headline

    Hi everybody,

    The only thing stopping me from launching an affiliate program right now is that I can't think of anything eye-catching for my banner text.

    I'll send $10 via PayPal for any suggestions that I use.

    Here's my guidelines ...


    1) Our website is artfromsteel.com

    2) We sell small - lifesized statues made from scrap metal

    3) Our main market is with star wars, alien and predator fans but it's important to make it clear that we have a broad range of sci-fi models (and a large range of other models too (such as sports and music)

    4) The banner graphics will come from alien, predator and star wars images from our site

    5) Most banners will be animated so there will be room for a full sentence or 2.

    6) The banners will be used by our affiliates. We expect they'll be posted in Sci-Fi fan sites and forums.

    7) I'm going to create about 10 banners. They'll vary in size and you can provide as many slogans as you can think of.


    Any creative ideas will be greatly appreciated.

    How about . . . "click here"?

    Just putting "click here" on your banner it apparently increases clickthrough rate by 20%.
