Still looking for reloadable virtual debit card

Ok, Wirecard is excellent and all, but unfortunately, some of the websites I'm trying to use it on do NOT accept MasterCard, only Visa.

So, I'm still looking for an online reloadable virtual Visa card. Anyone have any advice?

 

Try OBOPAY. If you are in US and have cellphone. You can get an actual mastercard which can be loaded by credit card.

 

As of Visa, I think you can buy simon.com visa card. Altough it is a giftcard not reloadable, you can buy when you need it.

I was warned away from pre-paid debit cards because they have minimal consumer protection. The site above is an actually US-regulated bank account and it comes with a Visa Debit Card with CVV code.

anyone verified a PayPal account with a Wirecard virtual Mastercard?
and if so did u need to fund it first?

 

You can verify PayPal accounts with Wirecard account. But only German ones I think. It comes with a "online bank account" attached so you can verify it through bank without the need of funding it. To verify through Virtual Mastercard you have to fund it first because you only get you card details after balance is in the account
