not yet recieved money from xoom its almost 4 days

i sent some funds to xoom via paypal dated 20th august , its 24th today still i have not recieved any funds,

mode of payment i selected blue dart , how long does it take and what should i do now, do i have to wait or make a complain immediately , help needed from some one who uses xoom often.

 

Well, I guess you should track contact Xoom and ask them about it. I just visited Blue Dart website at http://www.bluedart.com/maintracking.html and realized that they do allow you to see real time tracking. If you do have the tracking number, it will help.

I supposed that if you request for postal delivery then they need to first cut the check before they can send it.

States Delivery is on average 4 working days.

xoom generaly takes 4 to 6 day if your mode of payment is draft and cheq via bluedart

And they can update you on status. I just recvd by bank transfer in 4 days.

You need to be patients I guess.

finally i phoned them up they said it will be done by monday.

 

Xoom work flow mode l goes like this

1. First they transfer money from your account/paypal to there account (this may take upto 48 hrs)
2. Next they verify your credentials and see why and where your sending. Checking if its legit or not - (this may take upto 48hrs)
3. Next they transfer funds to there partner in that area and he is given your address - (this may take upto 48 hrs)
4. They transfer the money to your bank account and they will upload it in max 24 hrs.

So over all its a process of 7 days. So always relax when ever your using them again. This is not related to any country its there general work flow model.

but why they are not accepting pakistan. i think they should first consider the countries not acceptable by paypal as they can't withdraw from there too.

Usually its takes less than 48hrs for Xoom fund to reach bank account.

 

Check the sender had provided correct information about the receiptant when sending payment, also you should contact your Bank with tracking number, normally it take 3 to 6 days depending on what type of service the sender has choosen.. like fast service or normal.

i still have not recieved it and ill be calling them again tomm. this is getting too late now.
