I bought Keywords Analyzer for 5 days and found that is not good enough so I asked for a refund. Goran told me it's shareit response to give me refund. One week passed without any response form shareit, sent mail to them and got automate reply message. Another one week passed and no response, sent them mail again and no reponse again. I just open item dispute on Paypal and waiting to see about comeout. Shareit and DigitalRiver should not be trusted, they are scam that try not to refund customer as promised. Stay away from them!!

Did they even promise that to begin with? Can't the seller him/herself refund?

Sorry for mislead, but the product owner call himself a refund. However, they did not reply my email about refund, which regard to product owner that told me shareit is whom responsible for my refund.

Yup, the Product Owner must initiate the refund, Share It and Digital River are just agents and do not have the final say.

I think the Product Owner is not wrong. However with that said, the Product Owner needs to initiate the refund through Share It! and then Share It will process the refund order via their payment bank.

Goran Naggy, Programmer and owner of Keywords Analyzer told me when I asked him about my refund that is reliable on share-it, not him.

Well, it is possible that he may not have faced a situation in which he had to do refunds. It is not something we do often as software developers. I only needed to issue refunds not more than 5 times during my 9 years in the business.

It is true that Share It will process the refund but the owner needs to be the one initiate it.

Here is latest reply from both of them about my refund.

From Goran Nagy - Keywords Analyzer Developer & Owner
From Marta Gueye - Share-it customer services.
What the hell is this? They seems to not responsible in anything, just thrown away to each other among themselves. Is that a matter of whenever I contacted share-it or not. The point is - They do not refund ms as "swiftly" as its claimed on sales page. I have waited for a week after asked for a refund and just a reply somehow.

eddy2099, if you said the developer has to be involved in my refund with distributor then Goran should be involved and if it's late then Goran should have partly in this situation also, right? He may be the cause and should not just said "share-it has to handle your refund, not me"

You guys, this is good example about 30 days (or whatever) money back guarantee to be aware of.

Well, put it this way, as a developer, I would need to initiate the refund order at Share It's admin page. Once that is done, the refund function is out of my control as the developer. This will then be in the hand's of Share It! who would need to contact their bank about the refund then at which time, Share It! will no longer have any control. Their bank would then need to contact your credit card company to issue the refund then it would depend on your bank to refund the money to your account. Once that is done, they will update the prior source until it reaches you. It can take anywhere between a few days to a month or so.

All I am saying is that the developer needs to be the first to initiate the refund. If he did, it is out of his control and may not be the cause of the delay. Of course if he never initiate the refund order then he would be to be blame. However whenever I issue a refund, I will get an email notification that my refund request has been recorded and that would come with 2 to 3 days.
