I have bought www.keywordspy.com product about a week ago. This is a monthly fee of $89.95 and this is like a word tracker, keyword anaylzer type of stuff and I wanted to see whether this is good but it is not good. Before I went to buy it, I asked a few questions and he answered to my email within 1 day so quick and he also stated if I am not happy with the product, I can always get refund anytime. Now...after I used for 1 day, I didn't like using it.......so I had emailed him back stating that I was not happy and wished to have a refund as I am not those foolers who use for 1 month and then ask for it as I really dislike using the product and not a good one. He did not answer my emails, so what should I do? There are 2 concerns for me: 1) Becuase this is a monthy fee, I am afraid he will charge on my credit card monthly by automatic which I do not wish to do so, so what do I do? 2) Since he is not responding to my email and in his description states that if you are not happy, you can get full refund, who I can report to? I had paid by Credit Card and becasue there was no PAYPAL option, I couldn't choose that or otherwise I would have filed a PAYPAL dispute but in this case, there is none, so thats why I wish to ask which website or company that I should speak to for fraud or being unethical? Any comments and answers will be very much appreciated Cheers
Get screenshots of his warranty/guarantee. Then call the credit card company - and have them reverse the charges.
Yeah the credit card company will usually take your side where PayPal is more of a pain. Actually it is probably better you paid with a credit card.
This is what I get from their terms and conditions page:- First concern, use the method mentioned above to cancel your subscription. Second concern, their terms and conditions specify that their payment is not refundable, so I doubt you will get your money back. However, I would suggest you to call them, not email. Calling makes a lot of difference. And request them for a refund. If this does not work as expected, last you can do is to complain to your credit card company.
