Do you remember your dreams, or are they fleeting thoughts or memories when you wake? I tend to remember my nightmares, after waking in a fright.
The worst one is falling from a great height and waking before i hit.
I have heard that if you hit the ground you don't wake up......your dead....eeeek

No one dies in dreams so feel free to hit the ground :D

I don't really remember my dreams and usually don't wake up after nightmares (I don't remember if I woke up for any in my whole life).

I only remember few parts of normal dreams but most parts of Lucid Dreams (they are only few and I try to have more and more! I love lucid dreaming)

I know if I eat spicy foods before bed I will have a nightmare and usually remember them, and when I was younger I figured out if you tell you r self sub consciously that it is a dream (dont know how I use to do it) the path of the dream would change...in your favour.

However my scariest dream was when I was about 10 ( I still remember it) I was being chased etc then in my dream I woke up and went crap it's only a dream, got up to go to the toilet (ours was outside in the laundry) and opened and unlocked the door to go out and the two people who had been chasing me was standing there looking straight at me.........Then I woke up real fast!

Well if you were such an adoring mother who loved her muchly ( hint of sarcasm)

    - you do realise you can tell when someone is dreaming through rem (rapid eye movement) you should wake her up......

LOL or do you like to hear her crazy insight on from the previous night before?

I don't really remember my dreams or nightmares. I know i have them because I apparently talk quite often in my sleep. Once to my mother who passed away and a few times to old school friends.

I got a nightmare that my grandma died, and i am just feel so sorry as i did not stay with her when she still alive, and a few monthes later,my grandma really died. :(
So i just think that dreams remaind us something we ignored in our daily life.

I had a dream about me playing football with little kids and i was running around looking at the ball and when i looked around it turned out that these kids were severely burned with their flesh rotting so i freaked out and started running away... Kids were chasing me, asking to stay and play some more football so i turned around and looked at them again but they had no eyes...

This is the sickest dream iv had and it really got stuck in my head. The worst thing is that i can still smell them burned kids... sick sick sick... :(

I don't think I ever have nightmares. If I do, I don't remember them by morning. Sometimes I remember my dreams, but not always. And my dreams are not stories, they are more like random, nonsense images (something like watching random 5 second clips on YouTube). I'm not sure what that says about me... But yes, they are in color. :)

I once had a very loving and sexual relationship with Elle McPherson.......then I woke up

It took me about 5 to 10 minutes of rubbing my eyes and shaking my head until I realised it was only a dream. True story. :D

I love the dreams where I launch my self of a building or mountain and glide around like a bird and bounce off the ground like a super ball. They're the best dreams (besides those of Elle hehe).

Is there a known cure for DP addiction? Is there a 12-step program??
