Pet site -- possible sale

    I am considering selling my Pet site as I have no time to devote to it.

    I was hoping that the PR update would have happened by now because I know it will increase the value.

    The site is a little over 4 months old and is a premium .com.

    According to DNscoop -
    Indexed Pages
    Google: 757
    MSN Search: 556
    Yahoo!: 296
    AlltheWeb: 264
    AltaVista: 279

    The total number of pages that contain links to (domain name removed)
    3,392

    I have spent quite a bit of money on backlink building

    It has made minimal amounts of Adsense and I have not sold any links yet as I was waiting for the PR update.

    According to dnscoop it is valued at over 3K. I have invested over $1500 on this site.

    Things that have been done for backlink building -- articles have been written and submitted to numerous article sites. As well as I have had articles written for the site itself (I have one or two more that I have not yet posted).
    The site is listed in some premium directories.

    Anyways, accepting offers, but will not sell if the price I am seeking is not met.
