    Go to Message Posting Options or Thread Options in the "vBulletin Options" category of your Admin Control Panel. You'll see it where it says Enable Quick Reply without having to click on the box. You'll see what I mean after you go there.

    Lazy, what I'd do is create a usergroup based off of registered users, but allow PMs.

    Then for the registered usergroup disable PM'ing and look into, ah cant think what it's called.. Usergroup Promotions I believe. You should be able to do it like that, go to usergroup promotions first and check.

    Another Question: When I insert an image now. I get [​IMG] and no image showing up. Anyone know where in Admin I can change it to actually display the image??

    Did you guys change something, this should of been set already.
    Is it for certain users or everyone on the forum?
    admincp > message posting > bbcodes
    Also may check out the usergroup options
