I like the design - only the dir name and the design do not exactly match. What is the relation between authority and a girl in beach attire?
what are the other 9 lol ... It is a good design and all but won't be in my top 10 list.. It is inspired from both alive and aviva actually. Alive from the content wise... and the nav bar ... Aviva from the girl << and the bottom bushes this one have also at the bottom.
Actually Aviva is definitely in the top 10 Quality and Valuable Directories EVER (after DMOZ, Yahoo, Botw, business.com..) but its not in my TOP 10 list of the best directories designs. i cant think of a top 10 right now, we need to start a Poll! but the new design of the OP directory is very beautiful and remember web design is an opinion based thing and everyone's views are valid

yep exactly, this is a very cool top 10, but it need a serious update after all the new comers and re-designs that happened recently!
Sorry I took so long to respond. It was just about 1 AM when I originally posted this and I needed some sleep. Sizzler - thanks and thanks again for the submission. It is approved. I like your site along the lines of cBravo and I have always loved that design. Balkanboy there is a bit of Alive in there. My three favorite directories before my own were Alive, Aviva and CBravo. I will tell the programmer about that white space. Thanks Zippy - you are obviously not married. Thanks Funkymario - I agree, but I am a little biased. sabian1972 I wanted a design that had an unique and artistic quality to it with a unique look from the others. So there ended up being a few images in there. It is worth the wait when loading I think. Thanks to everyone who took the time to check it out and give feedback so far. I appreciate everything you had to say. Look forward to seeing you all in there. I will keep checking back for more feedback.
It is very nice, but I am not sure if it is suitable for a web directory. It seems too artsy or something that would appeal to a small demographic. Does that make sense? Being that your directory seems of a general target, you may want to reconsider...

They are all approved wayner - I am planning deep links, authority spotlight (listing) of the day on the front page with an easy interface, integrating a blog, an easy interface to get on the front pages featured links box, might put in a coupon mod, I am ready to have the mods installed today, but the programmer has to work it in. I am not sure what that exact timeline is. I am pretty excited about how the look turned out and how it will be with the added features. Anyone who submits before the deep links are in can have their deep links added later.
