Overall with YPN it has made $3,537 with little work. I would include the script license (HumorSoftware) plus a completely custom template I paid for + logo. Also would include mods I paid for which automatically update the website with Videos & Games. Rips the thumbnails, videos, description and puts them on your site with the click of a button. No work needed. Also would include a 468x60 banner I paid for. It is a PR2. Domain name is very funny and I have got many compliments on it. Easy to remember as well. I have also sold video plugs for money and have sold advertising space for money. How much could I get out of this if I were to sell it?
Based on the info above. Before I sold it there would be a few things I would want to do. I messed up the template a bit and I'm going to have the guy who I had make the template for me to fix it.

Do you own the .com, .net, and .org, or .tv also? What kind of traffic does it get? Cost to operate, and or promote? Monthly revenue? And again...what does it look like? Sorry...you just can't give an opinion of a website based on a description and the opinion of the owner. Everyone thinks their website is the best.
Domain is little over a year old. Domain is a .com Used to get good traffic. Still gets some traffic but not much. I feel out of the loop. I'm some what of a burn out now. Cost to operate... I used to pay $20/month for hosting. Now a bud hosts it for free. Monthly revenue has went down. Don't mess with it much anymore. In one month I have made $1,800 with the site. Took around 10 days of work and around an hour a day. Thats back when I used to add media myself. It looks good. I paid $$$ for a custom template + logo. I said the mod works. I said based on the info above what would be a good price to ask for this site. You can assume it works. I'm not trying to sell it right now nor are you bidding on it. When it comes time to sell it, I will assure everyone that everything works. I have got compliments on it. Hence I am not the only one that thinks its funny. Take the information and assume what I am saying is correct. Once again, this is not a for sale thread, nor are you a bidder. If what I'm saying is true (Which it is) what would be a good price for the website? I would also include hosting for 2 months on a good server. I wouldn't care how much bandwidth or diskspace would be used during this time. It's servers my buddy owns and keeps these servers exclusive to our websites. The others he uses for his hosting company.

You are not listening, (or reading). You cannot get an appraisal from anyone on an unseen site, with an unknown domain. This is not a discussion group for hypothetical values of what may be a decent website. It is a VISUAL medium! WE NEED TO SEE IT!! (and know the domain)...otherwise you are just wasting time, space and bandwidth. There are millions of websites out there, and thousands that proclaim to be funny, (that aren't). It could be worth $1000, or not worth the time to post this thread. There is no way to know just based on your description.
Then why did you ask the questions above? Why didn't you just say "I can't appraise it without the domain"? I believe your post was wasting bandwidth. You should go back and edit it out. I said based on the INFORMATION that I gave you, what would the website be worth? I'm asking for appraisal's here. If you're not going to give me a price based on the information I give, don't post.

Exactly. I'm not trying to be difficult or give you a hard time, but seriously, you have to be willing to post the URL to get an appraisal. A description is not good enough. I was hoping to show you that there are too many variables to simply give an opinion based on the owners description. There are hundreds of "Entertainment/Funny Video websites out there. Many use , the same videos. So if you want an honest opinion just based on what you have given...then I don't see any value in it because those type of sites are a "dime a dozen". Now..if there is something overly special about yours, then we will have to see it. If you are not ready to show it, then you are not ready for an appraisal.
