    If you can use a bank card try e passporte. You can fund it and use any atm in the world to get cash.

    you can try www.getafreelancer.com you can deposit by bank wire, e-gold, moneybookers, paypal etc. and can withdraw thrugh moneybookers, paypal, wu. just have a look at it
