What is happening?

possibility of shutting down blogger site

 

Same in Canada. Crazy.

 

This is exactly why you should just host your own blog... (or use WordPress) lol

 

as if you host gives 100% uptime gurantee? BS, all hosting are screwed at some point of time.

 

yap down for me too, guess something is going on!

 

This looks a tension for all the blogspot bloggers, Google can't hit the server down for half an hour or so.

 

May be someone hacked blogspot

 

its already over 20-30 mins..i am just counting my adsense loss :-(

 

It's an announced maintainance downtime. I happened to read that earlier today, on blogger.com.

So you guys can chill, your blogs are ok.

 

Oh come on now , its probably down for some unexpected maintainance surely ... It'll probably be back in a couple of hours lets hope .

I been counting the Minutes and the Adsense Lose as well.

 

are you sure about that. The maintainance was scheduled on 20th aug and it was over in 3 mins. i read that in the morning

No-one ever will have 100% uptime, its just one of these things.

 

i was trying for last 30 mins..after coming here i realize its an international problem

 

its not the first time that its down, some time it happens for already announced server maintenance activity. But whatever is the reason its a reason for blogspot users to switch to WP at their own hosting and domain name. Some governments also block it sometimes so better to switch if you are really into it.

 

I tried to visit OMG-blogspot.com but can't find any domain like that

I'm pretty sure I read something about a 10 minute maintainance downtime today. Hope I'm not mistaking.

 

How much you are earning per hour if 30 minutes is so important for you?

 

wouldn't like to mention but if you know my blog then you wont ask me that question
