Not really. How much do you think it's worth?

    Well

I assume, if with little SEO ($1000), I can get it on first page for terms like

    Alabama Hotels
    ..
    ...
    ....

    Then?

    Thanks

It's really relative to who wants it, but if you are going to SEO it, at least get it ranked for a well searched for and traveled market like Las Vegas.

I still don't see the domain itself being worth that much, but if you develop a site that is operating nicely and making income, then yes you can sell it for what it is worth, but then it becomes more about the site, than the domain.

Hotels is a highly competitive market, and all but saturated. Alabama is not exactly the travel blockbuster as say, Vegas, Orlando, NY, Chicago, Miami, L.A., ect.
Can't say what "it may be worth" until you actually do it, and then it will depend on the market at that time.
You cannot predict the future on the web.

At the end of the day a domain is worth what the buyer is willing to pay for
