WTB: Established Sites/Forums with Low Maintanence. $25,000 Budget.

I am looking for Established Sites & Forums with revenue in the $1,000-$2,000 per month range.

Budget is ~$25,000.

No turnkey, proxies, lyrics, ringtone, adult, dating, warez, myspace, file hosting, P2P file sharing, funny videos, arcades, celeb, or forum only sites.

Front sites with forums integrated are a perfect match.

24 x Monthly Revenue is for sites meeting the following requirements only. Basically, the more requirements met the higher value.

1. Revenue $1,000-$2,000 per month range with at least (6) months of history.
2. 2 Years of age or older
3. Google Authority Sites status
4. 2 or more sources of income (ie: Adsense/Donations/Affiliate Programs/etc)
5. Max 40% Google traffic. 60% Must be from other sources.
6. 100k or more posts.
7. All content must not be trademarked or must be transfered to me upon payment.
8. Low maintenance (Less than 1 hour per week).
9. Has a front site & a forum.

Sorry spdude. I just liked the requirements. Didn't mean to offend you.

Didn't think it was really ripping anything off - I'm just looking for the same types of sites so I used your list of requirements and modified them.

 

No offense taken.. To be honest though, as a buyer I would be willing to go a full 40 months, if all requirements were fullfilled.. and as a seller, if I had something like this, I wouldn't sell unless the other person offered a full 48 months.. the market is changing, and the very good sites are getting more expensive.

 

That makes sense. I have been building my own sites for a few years, but just started trying to buy some to expand my portfolio. There is plenty of junk available, but very few good sites from what I can see and even less great sites...

I have quite a bit to learn about buying sites, so I'm trying to take it slow and explore all options.
