I'm selling this site because I simply don't have time to keep it updated. It has a lot of content added but because I don't have too much time I'm updating only the funny news lately. The whole site is custom coded in php/mysql and optimised for search engines.

3 - the content it's not unique. On the content management page you have a list with sites where you can get content.

 

Please describe, what need to be done to update the content.

The problem is that webalizer often counts non human visitors, maybe you should install google analytics for the next days (I don't trust webalizer)
