He got the high PR because other bloggers were by them selves linking to his blog because of the quality content.

I do not agree. Quality back links might increase your PR and SERP. But it does not insure you targeted traffic. Still, having high PR ans SERP eventually will attract targeted traffic to your site.

Bottom line is that having both - SEO links for increasing the PR and SERP and also having other links that really drive targeted traffic is a win-win situation.

You convert a form imput into a URL string and index the string.

The catch is that you can be noticed by the SE and totally banned. It's a very thin line when using this method between ending up totally banned and acquiring some traffic.
