    Because Romania and Nigera is behind huuuuge parts of all internet scams and frauds, maybe?

    I would say the same as cypherus, i assume its because most of the serial refunders etc come from there, and all the time spent refunding and replying to there emails is maybe not worth the time because it always leads back to refunds etc

    If Paypal accepted Romania , why shouldn't ClickBank accept it ? That is my question :)

    They are different companies and will therefore make their own decisions which may differ.
