seems funny to you.. not to me. She called again and says she wants to see a movie now.. I hate my life
So does that mean so far noone has admitted to making 100/k? Admin suckered didn't really admit or deny it, so I'm just wondering. And about this guys girlfriend... Chris Rock has this movie called 'I think I love my wife', and while just an ok movie, in one scene he's in trouble with his boss, and his boss says, "You know Cooper, you can lose a lot of money chasing women. But you'll NEVER lose women chasing money." This doesn't even apply to your situation I guess, but I try to quote that whenever I get the chance
Oh, getting close, but I doubt I'll hit the 6 figure mark until 2008. Congrats to those who have already cleared it!
If I could get my adwords ctr straight I could do that much, but atm I am on target to make $30,000. Google torments me with ad impressions and the "how can I get at those missed visits."
it is seriously super easy to make 100K on the internet. Like it's easier than most would ever believe: Think about it. Super affiliates start out just as naive and dumb as everybody else. They don't go 2 some prestigious super affiliate university I guess society is made to think you can't do it. So many people simply don't do it. I believe I can put myself on 100k within a month, from zero dollars. I'm writing a blog on it right now. so we'll see how that goes.
is it annoying to anyone, when people make statements like, "100k a year, it can easily be done, just put in some work" the majority of people with web businesses do not make that and work very hard. if this goal was so easilly achieved more would have, especially on a forum with people on a higher plane of knowledge such as this one. So basically, you might get lucky, but does not count because this is gambling. so the only way to do it is lots of hard work, a superior wealth of experience and knowhow, or business contacts. most people go at it with the lots of hard work. That hard work though may never pay off for the 100k goal. To say it is 'easy' is not true for the vast majority of individuals. Therefore in my opinion when taking the risks of business (time and money) one should have an admirable career to fall back on if it does not work out. Imagine working on a biz for ten years, it is going nowhere and you wasted ten years of your life and are still in the same financial situation.
Have you just started your blog? Okay then I'd like to see you try it, I'm not wagering any money as I do not have any, but it will be interesting to see you do it
here's the problem. They work so hard. they work many hours a day. There are some people who work 8 hours a day everyday for years, only to fail miserably. Why? is it luck?? There's no such thing as 100% pure luck in business. People say it's luck...hell i might let the word "luck" slip a couple of times. Why are some successful? While others fail miserably? The answer? It's simple. really. ever heard of the high school football team Concord De La Salle? I believe they won something like all their games for 10 years straight [100+ games] Their coach wasn't some football genius. His team wasn't the most talented either. He just created a system of perfect play-execution system and plugged the players that he had in the system His system was creating a team of speed, efficiency, and perfection which are winning habits. and if u see his team play, they look like a well-oiled machine. His system - not the talent of his players [although talent helps of course]- created a winning organization. His system is so great, in fact, he no longer has to recruit in order to win, the players actually come to him. And that saves him tons of time & money to go out on massive recruiting trips. Same in business. You establish a winning system that emphasizes speed, efficiency, and perfection, your business will be a well-oiled money spewing machine, and you will not have to find ideas incredible business ideas, the incredible business ideas will come to you. You will no longer have to go out and find customers for what you are selling. they'll come to you.
a well exercised plan is an intergral part of success, but you are still missing the big picture. let's use your coach example. that coach used the best combination of speed, strenght, whatever to get a near perfect result and that is why he won. that is the job of the coach-to organize such a winning system. Now, the other coaches, the thousands of them (in the real world) are they just sitting on their ass while this coach is doing his system? NONONO They are doing their own system also trying to make the best choices to win, and in their minds their strategy is the best. In reality, to be that top coach your system or skill as a business entrepreneur would have to be better than the competition or at the top (like the coach was with his system). Next logical point, is that over 90% of new businesses fail and the majority of people trying to make money on the web will never get wealthy. You can still try and implement your plan like the coach, and think you have the best plan, but so does everybody else competing against you, that is reality. So basically, big sucess means having a better plan than everyone else which is very difficult and honesty very improbable. What is the answer? I alluded to it before. Have a stead source of income from another profession. That income can be used to live comfortable life if your business dealings fail, will make sure you never go bankrupt if you fail, and will give you nice capital to invest. Agree with it or not, I think this is the reality in the bigger picture. To help secure my steady source of income, I am in medical school. Everyone should have a profession. There is a reason they say go to school, and people who go to college earn more. It is a gauranteed income. Would you not want to mix a gauranteed large income along with the risks of the business ventures, versus just the ventures by themselves? I would rather be in the prior position.
From a pure income perspective, I'm not there, but if you include selling some of my websites this year (which is really capital gains, not income), I passed the mark. Rob
My goal for this year was $100k, and I'm trending well above target right now. Last year I hit $70k. FWIW, I still work my full-time job, so you can hit those numbers on a part-time basis. It just takes work.
