    There are well over 450 more affiliate programs & affiliate networks listed here that seems to pay via paypal.

    In other words, there are a load of them.

    Axill pays daily, but not PayPal only by Moneybookers or check, but DAILY! :D Which is a great idea when buying paid traffic on AdWords or other PPC, you will never run short on funds to pay for your traffic rather then waiting for the payment 30 days or even 15 though 15 days NET also looks good, much better than 30 days.
