I will start forum which contains these topics webmaster, health, entertainments and dating......

1. 5 super moderator positions - i'll pay 100$ monthly (regular)

2. 10 moderators positions- will pay 50$ a month

3. crazy poster 30 positons - 30$ a month

4. promoter and supporters 50 positions - 10$ a month

Payment can increase according to revenue.. I wil share my 99% revenue among my members moderatos and other suppoter and 1 % for me thats for matainace like hosting and script buying .... That means is non profitable only will the people who want to earn through Internet
AND more special prize to members weekly and monthly ........

SO WHATS UR OPION ABOUT IT CAN IT BE SUCCESFUL CAMPAINGN ????

I need couple of partners from indian and outside ... capital share would be equal among the partnes

 

so total out to staff is:

5*100 = 500
10*50 = 500
30*30 = 600
50*10 = 500

$2,100 total a month. You have a long long way ahead of you, that much traffic on a forum getting a $1 ecpm, is 2.1million impressions on ads. That means your on dedicated servers at whatever you can get them for each month. Forum software and so on so forth.

You are also only talking about 95 people. Okay "only" isnt a good word but still, if they do 10 posts a day, your up to 950 posts per day. Even if they talk between themselves.

Its going to take a long time to develope a forum so if you build up your staff slowly, with promoters/crazy postsers, it could work but I dont know how paying people to post, vs people posting for fun works for Organic Search.

But I got my reservations abt ur plan.its a long way m8.

Moderators mostly work as volunteers

No one works for free if i will give some bucks from my income they will be happy too

 

DP moderators work for free though

and most of forum have moderators who work for free.

so, your main source of income is adsense? I own many forums, Its quite difficult to get more than $1000 with adsense

 

Not only adsense but ebay and clickbank too

 

Go for it, you will never know unless you try. Perhaps pay your "staff" on a fixed profit share basis. Like 10% super moderator, etc.
