A 6 months plus old PR4 Directory for sale. Due to lack of time spend over the net, would be able to fully manage the Directory. Doesn't really mean to sell off my most cared directory but due to lack of time, i had no choice, eventhough i can see it growing.

Answer for stock_post, "if there are 6 site wide links to be kept and 3 links for tempate sponsore and script. (that makes it 9 links)" thanks for mentioning out, the 6 sitewide must stay intact, while the (1 links)PHPLD link must stay intact too(unless you purchase a licensed from PHPLD to remove their links), and the rest of 2 template links, if you intend to switch to your own templates, or own design, it is up to yourself to have own sponsored links or other template's owner links(it is not adviceable to use other template's owner while their links are removed.)

All sitewide link from the sponsored, am in the middle of asking and will be refund to the buyer full amount. By the end, the only PHPLD link(unless you get the paid version) and the templates link will be upto winner bidder, you may use your own templates or other owner's templates(which also mean, if you use other templates, i'm sure that you won't try to remove other owner's templates links.)

Had informed valued sitewide link(s) owner, and had agreed and allow to let me remove their links from the directory.

Bidding is still up and time is getting near. At yahoo, the directory has increased of links up to 18k+ now.

PM sent. Sorry for the incovenience and for my bad mistake. YES i intend and also mentioned to all valued sitewide link owner on paying them the refund once the site is sold or if the link is going to remove. except for Uvex, my mistake of miss out the pm to him. PM sent UVex.
