Site is quick to load, easy on the eye, does just what it says on the tin - very nice. Gave it a quick stumble thumbs up, I was so impressed :)

You have a nice domain, but I think the design is a little to minimalist and too similar to other sites who use the same script.

I would suggest bigger fonts, more css, gradients, just the general web 2.0 madness. :)

I think you've covered most of the SEO basics. I'd recommend that you:
    • Add a meta title tag that describes the service that you offer.
    • Review some of the language that you use. For example I'd say "(Copy / Paste URL)" instead of "(put a copy/paste from URL)".
    • I'd remove the tagline "Cut Your Long URL Into a Small One" from the logo image, and place it under the logo in plain text. There's not a lot of text on the page for search engines to pick up.

On the business side, there seem to be about 40,000 sites that offer this service. Other than your domain name (which is better than average, but not great), what differentiates your service? If you don't have a differentiator, then I think you need to get out there and actively contact the Technorati Top 100 and try to get one of them to use your site.

    Best of luck!
    -Chris
