I think what your looking for is called a trojan like BO2K

 

Trojans need to be installed on other computer and needs permission from other computer. So think that's not a possible option.

 

hey ma its an eassy way just go
start--> Run --> right cmd and press enter and in black page enter following text
net send (Other computer ip or Computer name) (message) and press enter

net send 192.168.0.1/zeeshan hey wats up!!

you can also do many things on lan like voice chat and remote dekstop also the good and useful functions

 

I already tried this quite a few times already but this isn't working, it never worked on my university network either. I guess no one knows how to do that

 

I suggest you drop this idea, as doing this kind of thing can get you into trouble.
